liminality - from the Latin word līmen, meaning "a threshold"
The space in-between what was and what is becoming, unfolding.
The moment just before you fully wake from a dream.
The resonance of sound from a bell that has just been rung.
The light spilling into the sky as the sun rises.
The space you may find yourself in deep relaxation - not quite asleep, not quite awake- but deeply connected and present.
In birth, in death, in grief, in joy-Liminal spaces can offer us the opportunity to practice fluidity and presence with what is, so we can walk through life’s thresholds and initiations with more ease.
And may it be so in alignment with our individual and collective healing.
May you be held and free in the in-between.
