ANNA SCHNEIDER-BRYAN

Hello friends, I'm so glad you are here!

I am a care worker, a tender heart, and a curious truth seeker who is always learning and unlearning while embracing the waves of the full human experience. I value authentic connection, interdependence and dismantling systems of harm and oppression-within ourselves and the world. I am also queer femme, sagittarius sun, cancer moon and gemini rising. I currently live and work on Occupied Dakota Territory (Minneapolis, Minnesota).

I began my journey practicing massage in 2011 after completing East-West program at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic. Since then, I have cultivated a holistic, intuitive and skillful approach to offer people deeply therapeutic, restorative and balancing bodywork. I am passionate about meeting you wherever you find yourself and inviting your whole being to connect with and remember your innate ability to integrate and heal.

By actively listening to your needs and hopes with compassion and curiosity, we collaborate together before, during and after each session. Like your unique fingerprint, no two sessions are the same and I love combining different techniques from my skillset to create a session that is both intuitive and intentional, just for you.

One of my favorite things about bodywork is the space people often find themselves in during our sessions -a meditative, liminal, restful space. I've found that when people feel safe and supported to be held in this way, their areas of stress, trauma and tension are more able to be acknowledged and tended to. There are always layers to the process, and I am honored to be a witness to each person's healing journey.

Liminal Space Healing is currently sharing space with Kit Newton Massage in the Ivy Arts Building. The studio is on the second floor and is accessible by two flights of stairs or an elevator located on the main floor. There is also ample, free street parking in front of the building on 27th street.
